Not True to Size

It feels very high quality. The seams are nice. The denim is firm and sturdy. Unfortunately, even though I sized up for a looser fit, it doesn't fit at all. It has a weird shape. It fit my chest but had no room for hips. The seams don't go to where the picture shows but could still be cute. I wish they fit right.
