PITA to put together. Instructions arent great. Def 3 stars on that. Luckily my SO knew to get a screwdriver to place nuts b/c handtightening FAILS miserably. Instructions dont specify this either... Says holds up to 500lbs.... My 65lb dog is too heavy for the snaps and velcro to hold her. Sturdy I suppose but will have to figure out how to stabilize a bit more for my chronic dog to be able to enjoy "walks" which is why we purchased this product. Doable but not happy overall. Instructions received with product state this is for luggage. Online didnt specif this. Sturdy enough to hold my dog (weight) since she can no longer walk distance but snaps and velcro are meh.

This thing is perfect & has exceeded my expectations. Bigger than a lot of other wagons I seen around my apartment complex. I appreciate that maneuvering is not as difficult as I thought it would be, especially when I’m pulling around a ton of stuff. I also love that my 19-month old toddler enjoys riding in it lol. He thinks he’s so cool.
