It does not keep me cool but I don’t wake up in sweats like before. It was too hot to use as comforter so I have to sleep on top of it as a sheet. I have to move my legs around periodically to get a cool spot, as my sleep spot gets very warm.

I was hoping to get relief from night sweats. It is a nice cooling blanket but I still get so hot at night. So if you are buying for hot flashes it does not work for that. However, it is a nice blanket if you want to just be cozy. So for coziness it gets 5 stars if you are buying for night sweats and hot flashes it does not cool for that so it gets 3 stars.

If there was any stars than one, I would use it. The comforter is in the closet. My husband and I took it off the bed after the second night. It really is very soft but it was like being in a furnace.

Yeah it's cool to the touch for like two minutes, then once you have it on you, you overheat like any other comforter. Traps heat, don't be fooled my deceptive marketing.
