I've taken tablets when I feel full or bloated, and I did feel better after some time, but I couldn't tell if I felt better because more time had passed or if the pills did the trick. I would say, these are worth a shot for keeping in your car or taking some if you feel bloated before going to sleep. They don't have a bad taste, so it's worth a shot.
