    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light fixture in the picture was beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. The only problem was that the light fixture we received did not look like the one pictured. In the picture, the glass looks like it is a cream or light tan color but it is actually bright white. The bright white color did not work for our craftsman home. Therefore we had to return it. The picture does not show what the actual glass color looks like. Otherwise it is a beautiful light fixture.

    Gorgeous light

    It’s a very beautiful light. The glass came with some flaws where there was a black line inside you can see when the light is on. I called Customer Service and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement.

    Great company!

    Our light arrived earlier than expected, but we had ordered wrong color, so contacted Customer Service who were great! Then we ran into problem with Fed Ex losing the returned light and again Customer Service was great and helpful with getting a refund for us, and the replacement light arrived before expected again. We will be installing it next week, but am confident there will be no problem. And yes, this is a real customer because no one else could make up all these snafus!! Kudos 1Stop!!
