Fisher-Price Imaginext Jurassic World Dinosaur Toy Thrashin Action T. rex Figure with Chomping Action for Pretend Play Kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing my son said when he saw this was "This thing looks AWESOME!". So that tells you right away he was in to it. He immediately grabbed it and started playing with it. He also mentioned that this would be perfect for a Jurassic Park set. So if there are more, we'll probably be buying them all. His only complaint was that "the gums looked gross" lol. Which they are a little weird, but it did not stop him from playing with it. This is one of few toys that sits on his head board and gets daily attention. He's a big fan of T-Rex so this is a pretty big deal for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little boy was so excited when he opened this up! He loves dinosaurs. He has definitely enjoyed playing with this and learning how to make his mouth open and shut and how to make his teeth show. He makes a roaring sound as he does it! The only problem we’ve had with it is he’s a little too heavy so he easily tips over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already had a collection of Imaginext toys, so this big T-Rex made an excellent addition to the lineup. He (or she!) moves and chomps with the button on the back, making for exciting imaginative play with the other Imaginext characters - it is HUGE compared to the Imaginext people. My five year old especially loved "chomping" our dog with this one, ha. (No animals were harmed in the making of this review). I appreciate that it's a bit cartoony in design, so it's not as scary for the littler dudes. As with all the Imaginext line, it seems very durable and well made. Overall a very cool toy, I would recommend it to other young dinosaur fans. We received this toy for free to try, but the review is based on our honest opinions and actual experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful toy for kids who play rough. My boys love dinosaurs and like to smash them together and throw them around and this T. Rex has withstood all of it so far. It's very simple to use and a good size for little hands, too. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TRex has been very sturdy. It has held up well over 3 weeks of daily use and still looks new. We love the little details. He can look angry or friendly. This one has become a regular use toy in my 6 year olds rotation during the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toy! This dinosaur engages my children in fun imaginative play. It isn’t loud and noisy/annoying but still has enough features to keep my little ones occupied. You can move it’s head and mouth by using the mechanisms in the tail.

This past week she has been playing with the Imaginex Thrashin' Action T.Rex and let me say, She loves this. The toy is very interactive and moves in several different directions. It’s mouth and eyes move and the color vibrant. So far it has held up to the outdoor, indoor play and that includes taking flight thru the living room. I would recommend this toy for any parent who has a kid that loves Dino’s as much as mine.

It will give him or her a real life experience of playing with a dinosaur. It will greatly accompany a child's imagination of pretending being in prehistoric time.

Very well made toy, no small parts, seems pretty sturdy. I even enjoyed controlling it a bit when we first got it! My son played for hours with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, when I say this toy is the BEST, it is such a huge understatement. I absolutely love this dinosaur!!! My daughter adores it, and even better- I, as an adult, actually enjoy playing with this one. I have a lot of trouble engaging in imaginary play, but this t-rex even gets me going! We play superheroes where her hero’s fight the t-rex, we use it with her smaller dino toys when we play dinosaurs, and… my personal favorite, we put on singing shows and comedy standup with its puppet mouth lol. It is single-handedly one of the best toys we’ve ever owned, and we have owned a lot! The quality is amazing. The gums come out and retract for a more evil look, and his legs move, but it is perfectly balanced and stands up well. The best part as stated above, is the mouth, which can be controlled like a puppet by a button on the tail. Seriously, favorite toy ever!!!

They are perfect size and offer great durability for small hands. The T-Rex has always been a favorite of his and this toy does not disappoint!

My two boys like the various movements, especially the switch on the back that changes the mouth and eyes of the dinosaur. It's also nice having a toy that doesn't have sound effects/electronics. The only potential issue with this toy long-term will be if the adjustable legs will stay in position when moved or if the mechanism will wear out. Overall, a good dinosaur toy.

It has a "trigger" type button that opens the mouth. My son pretends to feed it and walks it around his other dinos.

It’s really realistic it has a friendly face and a mean face for when he’s ready to eat his pray. My son has an awesome imagination and has played with this dinosaur so much. Also looks realistic for what you expect from a toy. Super fun to play with definitely recommend.

It isn't just your basic dinosaur, you can move it's head around by the tail and chomp on items by opening it's mouth. Easy for my 3yo to grab and play with. No noise on this which which wasn't a big deal but woulda been cool.

Then it has two “buttons” to open and close the mouth. I like the details in the construction and built. However, it doesn’t seem to hold the interest of my child for long.

My 3 year-old son loves to carry it with him wherever he goes. The thrashing action makes it more interactive and fun than their other plastic toy dinos.

On one hand: He thinks it's fun to "make her mean" (her eyes shift) and pretend she's eating smaller dinosaurs. On the other hand: He wishes she made sound(s). She's sturdy and seems to be very well-made, though.
