Was looking for a natural replacement for nsaids. I started this (nsaid in early day, this later afternoon) for a week. Then took a day off nsaid & took Boswellia in morning. I haven't added nsaid back in- haven't needed it. My hips & hands feel much better. I don't take other prescriptions so do your research. My goal is getting off prescriptions! My eyes have been getting blurry & have put off visit to eye doctor. Since I stopped taking Meloxicam the blurriness has cleared up. Maybe this was a little side blessing!!

They worked really well for my allergies. In fact, as well as my prescription medicine. However, it is not recommended to take Boswelia long term. Pay attention to that because there could be side effects. For me, I ended up with hives about every 2 hours.

I have been taking Swanson Full Spectrum with my Osteo Bi-Flex joint health for about 2 months now, & I can really fell the difference in my back/hip pain.

I like it. It goes good with tumeric and red pepper. I also take gabapentin and it seems to complement it.

I am an injured disabled vet. I have pain daily that I must manage in order to not go insane or to not go "postal" on otherwise innocent, well-meaning people. But that is what debilitating pain does.
