Heritage-inspired and made in the spirit of gathering, we made these Gluten Free Sourdough-Style Tortillas. So so so GOOD!!!

Dang these are the absolute best non gluten tortillas I’ve ever tasted, they stick together and don’t fall apart!!! I will be buying these weekly!!!

As a huge Siete fan...

I was beyond excited for the release of these sourdough tortillas as a gluten free girl. I hunted these down the day they released. They are not fully what I expected, but they are still very good. The texture of these are excellent. Once heated up, they are soft with a delicious chew. The taste is also yummy, but they definitely taste more like a corn tortilla. I do get a bit of a tang emulating the sourdough taste, but it’s more like a lime taste. I do definitely recommend these! I think they are my favorite tortillas from Siete so far. They also come as a pack of 10, which is really nice. I would love if they made these in a larger size as well because they would be excellent for burritos!
