not as expected

not as expected. it looks very plush in the photos and that is what I was expecting. most of it is, except the most important part, the back. it has failed to fluff as the rest did. to resolve this, I added a comforter inside. overall, very disappointed. thankful I only paid 400 and not the 1000 listed price I seen all over the Internet.
