Replacement parts

The cats really play with this a lot They seem to really enjoy it. But they were able to start unrolling the cardboard. The rest of it is perfect still. I wish you had replacement cardboard circles for the middle. Seem a little steep for how long it lasted. Maybe a little more glue on the cardboard would help. Just my two cents.

Don't like the softer plastic

I've bought Turbo Scratchers for years and giving them as gifts to other cat owners. I have the very first one I bought in 2012, it was made by Bergan at the time. The last few I bought are a softer plastic and the ball is easily knocked out of it. Even at the store, I had to sort through a stack that had lost the ball. I'm not at all happy with the flimsier plastic as I'm constantly retrieving the ball for my cats.
