Great results

Started taking the recommended dosage and after 3 days my sleep greatly improved. I now sleep between 7-8 hours. If I do wake up I fall right back to sleep. I have not experienced and side effects.

Great supplements

Good source of Magnesium Taurate

I've been taking this brand for several months for heart and cardiovascular health. I find this supplement to be quite effective as one component of Root Cause Protocol which balances key minerals of magnesium, potassium, bioavailable copper, B vitamins from natural food sources, whole food vitamin C and whole food vitamin E, in order to help the body heal itself. Capsules are easy to swallow. It is well packaged. I expect to purchase this same brand again.
