Anywhere that is a bit of a "low traffic" trash situation because this is a very compact unit. We put this under my husband's desk in his home office and it is perfect for that area. The trash bin has a very sleek low profile look and seems sturdy. I appreciate when items like this are well made when they have a lot of moving parts. The inside of the trash bin has a removable insert making it a breeze to change the bag. This also allows you to "lock" the bag between the inner and outer bins so it does not fall in. I would definitely buy another one of these when I upgrade other waste baskets in my home. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review.

It has a convenient foot pedal to open. I love that it has a soft-close hinge so the lid doesn't slam down when closing. It is so convenient to empty using the handle to lift the container, which is also washable. The rectangle shape is modern, and will fit in tighter spaces.

The step pedal works very well and is so easy to use that even little kids can do it. The stainless steel design is sleek and modern. The trash can holds 1.3 gallons which is a lot for a small sized trash can. The design allows for storage in tight places like in between a toilet and a wall. It is a nice little upgrade from our old plastic trash can.
