Essay style review
Box is heavy, not easy if you live up a flight of stairs. Easier to break open and take each piece individually if you can't get assistance. Couch assembly was quick but by design, two middle feet are the main support that join each sofa part together. I was imagining this to be more modular but as the photos show you can't have two seats without removing all feet. I tried flipping this from the long end because of pivoting issues in my small apartment and the bracket of cent. legs started bending under pressure. Star lost from this design issue, as it already feels slightly wobbly. I read numerous reviews on sofas like this, a lot of people saying they aren't comfortable to sleep on but I wouldn't say it's terrible and actually enjoyable so far. I'm not ashamed to say I've spent over 10hrs on it on day 1! I do notice my (brown faux leather) sofa cushions traps heat which might be an issue if you sleep cold but as a futon this works in a pinch or short term solution. If you move around a bit it's not as noticeable. Arm rests are great, the preset angle positions snap into place easily and I don't need a pillow if lounging, comfortable as arm rest if sitting upright. Bit noisy with snapping but not awkward. I don't notice or feel the frame poking anywhere, the cushioning was done well and aesthetically looks plush.. but not as plush as the photos would suggest. I would take a half star if I could. I read another user mentioning the cushion misalignment triggering ocd reaction, and I also notice this now & agree.. Not a dealbreaker or eyesore but I cannot unsee it (maybe don't tell anyone visiting). My last comment is while the sofa length seems plausible for someone under 6ft (5'09) I regret not having a bit more length to extend the legs.. But I purchased this knowing I was working with finite space remaining in my studio/1BD. For hosting guests, lounging, reading, napping/rotting this would work just fine. 3.5 stars if I could; but would be interested in seeing their higher end options in the future and would probably purchase again but in matte black.

Memory Foam Couch
Overall, the comfort is fairly good. I am 5'10", and with the couch being approximately 6 feet long, it is reasonably comfortable for both sitting and lying down. The build quality is solid, and the faux leather has a surprisingly realistic feel. The design is slim and sleek, which I appreciate since it does not take up much space. Durability appears promising so far. I purchased this on December 15th and will update this review if any issues arise.
