I have not slept this well since I was a baby. My wife's lower back pain is going away, which means I can get the full benefits this bed has to offer. It's a 10/10 for sleep and everything else.

I have the restore premier medium mattress and it really helps with my sciatic pain. I am happy with my purchase.

We chose this mattress because it's very easy on my back. When I tried the mattress in the store, I had a severe sciatica issue. I could feel this mattress relieves the pressure on my painful nerve.

I was concerned that they categorized it as firm but this mattress was fantastically plush and cool!

This is a fantastic mattress. It's incredibly supportive. It feels a bit firm but it cushions all your joints. We've slept so well since we bought it.

I tested the Tempur-Pedic, Nectar and Casper Snow first and thought I had found "the one"… and then I laid on the Purple RestorePremier Hybrid and immediately realized I had been wrong about everything. I'm a side sleeper and this mattress is magic. It sinks exactly where it should (hips and shoulders) and somehow supports everything else at the same time. When I roll over, it adjusts instantly — no waiting for memory foam to catch up. It feels like the mattress is paying attention to me. Cooling is the real shocker. I stayed cool all night, and I could actually feel that this mattress has engineered cooling, not just "cooling foam" marketing. Huge win. Motion transfer is low, but my husband was so comfortable that he rolled over a little too enthusiastically and accidentally smacked me a few times in his sleep. Honestly, I blame the mattress for making him too relaxed. Worth it. Compared to Nectar and Casper Snow, Purple felt noticeably softer, cooler, and more pressure-relieving. Compared to Tempur-Pedic, Purple was around the same softness but the forgiving grid was the overriding winning aspect. After trying Purple, going back to the others was an instant "nope." If you're a side sleeper, sleep warm, and hate that stuck-in-foam feeling, this mattress is absolutely worth it. I was surprised by how different it feels — in the best way. Would buy again. Would forgive husband again. Five stars.

I'm a Firefighter/Paramedic and work a lot away from home but I've had this mattress for 50 days now and it's already developing a "dip" where I normally sleep. Not worth the price.

My husband and I were looking for a mattress for multiple reasons: the one we had was 10 years old, I have hot flashes and a frozen shoulder, he has bulging discs and has already had surgery once for another disc. After careful research we felt like it was time to bite the bullet and pay the cost. We've been sleeping on this mattress for a week and love it! My Apple Watch has given me a sleep score of 100! I don't think I've ever gotten such a high score. Neither of us is waking up in pain either. I'd forgot what it was like to rest at night. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Show room testing experience was great. Placing the order was simple. Delivery was fast and seamless. The mattress is HEAVY, so be prepared. Mattress is good. Its very firm. Hope it breaks in.

We upgraded our purple plus queen sized mattress to a king size purple restore premium mattress. For almost $5000, I thought this mattress would be amazing and would be everything it claims to be. Both my husband and myself, wake up each morning with extreme stiffness in our neck and backs from this mattress. Also, the website claims it is 13 inches tall, but ours only measures about 11.5 inches tall. We ordered this mattress on July 17, 2025 but due to a delay in the construction of our new king size bed, we were not able to start using our mattress until October 17 of 2025. Technically, we are within our 100 nights of use, but because purple goes off of the delivery date, we are stuck with the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever owned. Our purple plus mattress was great, and I wish I would have just purchased another one of those for half the price.

Highly recommend this mattress

I love this bed it's really comfy and cooling. My only issue is the the bed arrived compressed instead of already perked so I had to wait a day before I could sleep on my mattress other that. Its great.

Really nice but if I lay on my back I'll be stiff all morning it has its pros and cons

I wanted to love this mattress so so bad but after about two weeks of sleeping on it, my entire right arm started going numb. I had no idea this pain was from my mattress until another four weeks went by and the arm pain spread. The mattress feels great. It is very comfortable but apparently not for my body at all. I even purchased the two pillows. One in medium height and one that was the higher height. Again, then felt great in the store but after about a week, I was done with them. All in all this mattress felt comfortable but just at surface level. My body never felt relaxed and the sleep was awful.

The mattress is incredibly comfortable. I don't wake up with back or neck pain anymore. The cooling gel layer is great! I get hot when I sleep, so it's been helpful in keeping me cool at night. The only reason I deducted a star is because there is no good way to maneuver this massive, bulky, extremely heavy and floppy, king size mattress. I'm worried about having to move it to the house we'll be moving into in the near future. Most mattresses this large have handles on at least two sides for ease of moving. This one has none.
