Works great
Used to regulate my cycle and so far has been working well. This is my second month of consistently taking them and I haven't felt any negative side effects. They are easy on the stomach (as long as you drink plenty of water) and cost friendly compared to other brands.

I do feel a difference
I take these for my pcos and wow I do feel a difference within a week. I separate them and put them in my smoothie and sometimes I just swallow them. They are super easy to swallow because they're not too big.

Helping my wife and no stomach upset
My wife has a sensitive stomach and not all supplements agree with her. This product is fine. She's over 40 and is noticing some hormonal changes begin like extreme PMS, UTIs (first time ever!) and bad menstrual headaches. She narrowed down the menstrual headaches and UTIs to a progesterone drop, and found that taking vitex, aka Chaste Berry, worked for her for that. The PMS symptoms were still strong and she decided to try this supplement. It seems to be helping!We both use several other Nutricost supplements (and have used them for the past three years) and feel confident in the brand's quality and consistency.

I find this to be a good combination and it isn't filled with other vitamins, just Myo and D-Chiro Inositol which is what I need to take daily due to having PCOS . These pills you need to take 4 a day with water. I personally split it up and take 2 in the morning and 2 at night both with plenty of water. I find it's easier on my stomach. The pills are a decent size and are easy to swallow. They don't leave any lingering taste in your mouth or any taste at all actually. One bottle has 120 pills, enough for a full month's worth of supply. I am looking forward to the results as it's too soon to comment on that. However, I have had a smooth transition to them so far and I feel it's great quality and a good value.

Can't get over the smell
Myo Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol is good for PCOS and that's the reason why I take it. The pills are easy to swallow but you do need to take 4 of them. I just can't get over the smell. I took them the first night and thought, okay, they smell pretty bad/weird. The second night, I went to take them and I couldn't do it. I don't know what the smell is (maybe a very strong plastic like smell?) I've had other vitamins smell but not like this. I was debating giving two or three stars. I gave three stars because overall, it seems like a good product and maybe the smell wouldn't bother you.

These supplements are easy to swallow and do not really have a flavor which is great! These Myo inositol & D-chiro inositol supplements are great for PCOS and also help to balance your hormones as well. I've been taking this supplement for a few weeks and I have noticed a difference in my energy and sleep as well. So far I haven't had any side effects with this supplement. The one down side is that 4 tablets have to be taken to get the full dose. But I usually split it in half and take 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. I do love this supplement and I can't wait to see what happens in the next two weeks.

Can't say that it helps because
I had to stop taking a few days in because it makes me so bloated and gassy that my lower stomach hurts. I tried to return it for this reason and it's not returnable. Don't buy from a seller that doesn't allow returns on products that potentially make you sick
