Love it, really

The chair itself is so comfortable and BIG so if you don't have a desk with a large enough clearing then you won't be able to push it in. The color is nice and I've never had a fabric computer chair, but I can say confidently I'm not going back to anything else. The material of the legs and arms is great and they are solid construction.

Large sturdy office chair

This chair is great for larger people, its big and wide (holds up to 400 pounds) It took a bit to assemble. Great for an at home office and easy to clean fabric.

A+++ Customer assistance

Customer assistance was fantastic with A+++ service and quick responses. Had issues with the cushion giving out after an hour of use, screw and wheels with the first chair and seller sent a replacement within a few days of their reordering. The replacement solved the issues on the first chair. First chair took over an hour to assemble since I had to pre-screw some of the screws since they werent entering and lining up properly then i added some force and tilts and it worked. Second chair replacement was much easier to assemble since I used the experience from the first one. Since I am a lightweight the cushion is a bit stiff but comfortable in a different way. The fabric feels great and i also like metal parts on the arm rest it feels much better than the plastic ones other chairs offer.

Perfect big man's chair...

Bought this for my husband who is 6'5" and 275lbs. It is very comfortable and perfectly sized for a large person. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It seems to be well made and strong.

Very comfy chair!

I ordered this chair a little over a year ago, and it's still quite comfortable. I would recommend this for gamers, office workers, and anyone else who just wants a relaxing sit at a desk. The materials are soft and the padding on the chair is great. The parts are nearly all metal and feel sturdy and strong even a year later. I'd wanna order this chair again if I needed another one. Really easy to assemble once you figure out everything.

Very comfortable chair, but a hassle to assemble.

The chair itself is very comfortable once assembled. I'm a really big guy and so far the chair has been pretty sturdy. The only downside to it was the assembly. It's lasted me a couple of months so far and it hasn't broken or anything and its still really comfortable. I replaced the wheels with clear wheels meant for carpet. All in all great chair for the price. Just prepare for the hassle of building it.

Big and comfortable

The chair seems well made and is comfortable. I was able to put it together alone in about half an hour - it helps, as others have noted, to not tighten the screws until after the arms are attached. I've had the chair now for two weeks and have enjoyed it.

Amazing

Finally a chair made for plus size. I am 330lb and have no problems sitting in the chair I still have space to move around. Very sturdy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Tighten the screws several times.

Just a reminder to people to tighten the screws several times after assembly. I had a loud squeak for the first couple of weeks. Had to tighten the screws 3 times but once it settles it's a great chair with the comfort and support I need. Excellent product. Would highly recommend it.

My chair.

I am a big man and had problems finding a chair that will stay raised. Returned a very expensive chair that just slowly sank to the floor. This one works as stated. It is a keeper.
