    Arrived with lots missing paint and small dents

    While the chairs are comfortable, ours arrived in a badly beaten box with no cushion protecting them inside. The chairs were cosmetically damaged covered in scratches and missing paint and some small dents we didn’t look closely at each piece while putting it together the night we recieved them. The only option is to take them apart and return them so since we already built them and it took about 2 hours, we wish we would have looked more closely at each piece before we put them together. Now we have 2 chairs that look like weve been using them for years but are supposed to be new. Very disappointing. They don’t offer partial refunds, only full returns.

    Perfect outdoor chair
