Not as full as picture shows

Bought 2 of these and even though the size was right and flowers were pretty I am extremely disappointed with the fact that the product is not as depicted on the picture. The picture shows as much fuller with more flowers than what I received. My tree looks like it has half the amount of flowers than shown on the picture and I feel I was deceived. The first picture is what I received and the second picture is what was on this website.
