Damaged Bag
Ordered Jan 13, was not delivered until 5 days after marked delivery date and arrived with the backpack scrunched in a ball wrapped in tight plastic. The front of the actual backpack arrived with damage ( a bunch of holes and cracking in the outer face/cover). I’m assuming from being scrunchedand not handled/packaged with care. Very disappointing!!!
