Whisen 43.5" Fluted Makeup Vanity Desk, Modern Glass Top Vanity Table, Dressing Table Set with Mirror, 10 Drawers, Stool - Oak

Very disappointed in this item and targets service. The item came discolored. The table top has dark spots all over it and it’s especially clear when compared to the side walls/legs of the item. In one of the photos provided, you can see the color difference from the legs and the table top. To begin, the item came 4 days late and I had to carry it up steep stairs just to open it and find it discolored. Bringing it back is especially difficult as it would need to be completely repackaged and carried down the same set of stairs. Called customer service and spent 45 minutes on the call with no real resolution. I just asked for a replacement top or an extension to return as it very difficult to get it in store since I live alone and can’t carry it downstairs alone. Why even purchase from target online when they’re so unhelpful. I’ll also now have to reorder or buy a completely new item and wait additional time for it to come in then re-bring it up the stairs. Better quality control is needed otherwise, I won’t be buying anymore furniture related items from Target.

This is a scam, do not buy. The listing and description said a stool is included, but it is not. I reached out to both Target and Whisen and neither is taking responsibility for the false advertising. I would have purchased a different unit had I known it didn’t come with a stool. We had already built the unit and discarded the packaging thinking we were just missing a piece, and the only option we were given was to return the unit.
