Great Product

Another Now product I can't live without. Perfect for foggy mornings, especially Mondays. Notable difference when I take it versus when I don't. I also love that you don't have to take it with food, as I'm not always a big eater in the morning. Also love that the caps are vegetarian.

I like True Focus

I take this 2 times a day. It helps me focus when I am at work. I can tell I get more work done. I have take other products that cost a lot more, and dont notice anything. Now Foods make very good products.

Amazing for Combating Low Energy

I was suffering from extremely low energy. Each day, I was plastered to the couch and could barely move. I started taking True Focus as a last resort. It works amazingly! Within the first day I felt energized enough to get up, take a shower, make my bed, and organize some paperwork that had been piling up since the low-energy problem started. By the second day, I went grocery shopping, cleaned my house, and swept my floors. Yesterday, I was actually able to do some work (I am a writer). Each day is getting better and better energy-wise. I am feeling hopeful for the first time in months. I would recommend this product to anyone struggling with low energy and/or attention problem. It delivers all of the energy without any of the jittery side effects.

Able to focus more

I bought True Focus, Mood Support and True Calm from Now Foods and all combined I have notice a difference. I have been able to control my mood swings.
