Disappinted

At first when I took it out of the box, I loved the feel and look of the materials. However, after beginning the installation process, it was clear that the manufacturer didn’t install any of the corner brackets properly.- some too far forward and others too far back. Thus, the corner screws couldn’t be properly installed and the corners of the bed frame can’t even be screwed together. Highly disappointed and now we have to package up a very heavy item and bring it to an ups store to return. Not worth time, money or effort. Had to give one star in all categories because we weren’t even able to get it assembled.
