Returning - Very Disappointing

Returning; very disappointed! Ordered the Cream color option; think I may have received the Brown color because it is definitely NOT Cream, more Taupe in color. Sloppy visible staples on ramp. Only received 3 of 4 washers. Cheap felt pads included for legs but white film won’t peel off to even stick on. No instructions included for care, safety or issues; although installation instructions not really necessary. Ramp not protected in plastic for shipping. (Perhaps I received a returned item). Love the style concept…just not the implementation. Returning. Very disappointing.

Defective product assembly

Product was defective. It was assembled incorrectly and did not line up. As a result, when the ramp was unfolded, one side didn’t even touch the ground. It was far too unstable for my senior dog to use and could have caused further injury. Had to return. Very poor quality for the price in my opinion.
