Powerful Breeze and CONSISTENT White Noise!!
I rated Noise Level a 5 because like many who buy fans for the bedroom, they WANT that white noise. This guy packs plenty of it! And a very strong breeze even on the lowest setting. Back to the noise: sometimes a fan has a loping noise or an asymmetric one that light sleepers' ears will pick up on (thus making dozing off MORE difficult). Not this one. Very smooth consistent white noise.

Great for the price
I've used this fan for a few years and it keeps on keepin on. Previous fans i've purchased have caved in on itself (the face of the fan) and this one isn't budging. it's withstood three moves, abuse of the chaos caused by playing animals, being chewed on. it's very durable. Worth every penny to me. It's also easy to clean too if you have some pressurized air. The cord is medium length, long enough to span a small/medium room. isn't made of cheap plastic.

Blows like the wind
what can I say this fan blows like it should. like a hurricane. I read the reviews prior to purchase, and as for me I like the fan noise. I have it set up in my bedroom. It does it job of circulating the air...and it does have the fan noise. Me, I like the "noise" as it puts me to sleep and I will be using this fan year round. I might have to purchase another as a backup. I give it an A++++++++

First impressions
Can’t review on longevity since I’ve just received it but on highest speed it is on the noisy side. That’s not a problem for me; I have noisy neighbors and prefer it loud. I had it on low speed originally but thought it was on high and it was powerful enough to circulate air throughout room.

Powerful Flow
I have heat issues and tend to need air flowing around me constantly or I start feeling sick. The Hurrican does the trick just on low. And on high? Woo! It cools as well as helps drown out the neighbors doing yard work. I need white noise too and it provides perfectly for me.

Great box fan
I needed a new fan as the one that I had before wasn't cutting it with this heatwave. After reading the other reviews, I have to agree, the fan is loud but I dont seem to have any issues with the loudness. Of all the box fans that I've owned, they all seem to be about the same in regards to noise level. If the noise is too much then you can put it on low and there will still be enough air movement to keep the air from staying still. I've used this fan off and on for the past couple of weeks and I really dont have any complaints as it does exactly what its supposed to do and does a good job at it.

I bought this for my son who got one of those inflatable club houses, this thing circulates air like no other and it's very slim. It does his job and it's very sturdy. I like it a lot if I ever needed another box and I would definitely use it and it's not super duper loud either. The fact that we're kind of compacting the noise of it inside of a clubhouse makes it a little louder than normal. But if we just had it blowing in his room it's just some background white noise and it's more pleasant than anything. I would definitely recommend

I cannot believe I got this lil wind machine for this price. Yes, it is loud. With the air getting moved around I suggest putting it across the room. This is a powerful box fan. For frame of reference. Our home has a smoking room. 7 feet by 12 feet. We have a screen door and a small window. And keep a fan running. I put this fan in on high. The room temp dropped by 10° and kept the air circulated. My husband and I have quit smoking... while NOTHING can completely get rid of nicotine odor, when people come over and finish their smoke, the hubby and I are not bothered by the smoke and visitors are kept comfortable in the smoking room. I have to figure out how to take it apart to clean it, but regular wipe downs do help.

This fan is a lot more powerful than the ones that you can buy locally. I happen to like the white noise and I think the high speed is great. The feet on this fan is really great. The ones I have had before were just plastic feet you push on. The ones on this fan are permanent.

I run a fan all year long no matter how hot or cold. It cools down a decent sized room easily. It is a bit louder too, you can hear how powerful the motor is in it. I waited for a few months of usage to leave a review. It is just as good as the first day I got it

If you're looking for something purely that can move air and keep you cool, this fan is far more powerful than the other box fan i have(Probably 3-4 times) and will move air FAR more quickly. Because of that, it keeps the area much cooler, and generally for me has meant an extra blanket, which is great, because I'd rather my room be cool than warm.

This was a new fan in box. No extra padding in the box, but the fan was perfect - no cracks like others had complained. I made a Corsi-Rosenthal air filter box with this fan, 4 filters, the cardboard from the box the fan came in, and duct tape. The teacher runs the fan in her room at the level 2 setting. The motor is not too loud and just fades into the background.

These fans sit perfectly on my windowsills (the windowsills are 6.5" deep) and are perfect for cooling the house down in the evening. After being so happy with the first one I ordered two more. They are easy to operate, and create a strong wind tunnel that makes a big difference even in a larger room. As far as fans go, they are modern and attractive, and feel sturdy.

The Box Fan I wish I bought last time
This is a great fan, much better than the Lasko I bought from the hardware store a few years ago. In comparison, the Hurricane runs smoother and quieter while moving more air. The sides are made of a rigid plastic that doesn't wobble with the fan on. The large permanently attached feet are quite stable, protruding from both the front and back to prevent tipping (plus you won't lose them). They also raise the fan off the floor by about half an inch so you can run the cord underneath it if needed.

The Superior Box Fan at Any Price
Top Quality, hands down, Not a cheap snap together made product that is flimsy and thin. The Feet are Detented and are securely fastened and not flimsy. They are mounted and turn to lock in place and are not required to be snapped in like cheap box fans. This Fan is also designed with a dual mounting system so it can be used in a variety of applications. The Big feature of this fan are the Blades and Energy Consumption. The blades are quieter and move more air than the typical teardrop style on cheap fans. This is a High Velocity, High Pressure Fan. Low Speed moves more air than my cheap one on high with half the noise. The power consumption, is lower than most fans. This is where Hurricane got it right. (Think modern Aircraft Propeller Blade Designs).
