  • A: Hi, Thank you for reaching out to Lasko Products. My apologies for all the trouble because of this matter. No worries, I'll be more than happy to assist you. First, please power off and unplug the unit for approximately 15-minutes. Please also try plugging into a different plug in a different room after allowing the item to sit unplugged for the recommended 15-minutes. Here is a video that explains this a bit more in-depth: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hom3hOU-vHk While the unit is unplugged, using a vacuum with the brush attachment, please vacuum the intake and exhaust vents, from the outside of the unit. If you have a can of compressed air, that can be used as well in combination with the vacuum. Remember to never open the unit as this poses a safety concern and can void your warranty.     I saw in the reviews it makes a particular sound with its oscillating. It is true, if I have it at certain speeds it makes the sound and some it doesn’t, I can’t put it past level 2 because it makes that really annoying sound. Like it sounds something is loose but I have taken it apart and screwed everything back and it still makes the sound. The remote works but you have to have it in some angles the connections not that great. The base is bigger than normal fans so keep that in mind it takes up more space. I dislike it more than I like it honestly.

    Great air flow, highly recommend.

    Bought 4 of these and they have been working great! Excellent air flow and circulation at all speeds. It has really made a huge difference in cooling our rooms. They have been running non stop for the last month and we havent had any problems. We have had no noise issues and it is relatively quiet even at high speed. Only negative I have is the base is huge, but I highly recommend.

    Only Lasted a Month!

    The best fan I've used, made in USA

    The airflow is very strong, yet the noise level is not too high. The fan is heavy enough to ensure it doesn't fall easily yet not too heavy to lift when moving. It's built with high quality as it is made in USA. It is also feature with remote control and temperature setting when you can set the fan to automatically stop when the room temperature is under certain degree. What's more important, with the fan running, I can set the AC temperature 3-5 degree higher, and saving the cost of fan per month every month during the summer. Target offers the lowest price for this type of fan. I bought 5 from there.

    Good Fan

    Good fan, the lights on it don't turn off while it's on and they stay on the whole time which I dislike. I had to put electrical tape over the lights so I could get a good nights sleep. Other than that the air flow and the cold air is perfect and I love the temperature setting and the remote design.
