Q: Silly question...does this blow out cool/cold air or does it just use the air/temp in the room?

Q: I already have one of your tower.Fans that has a remote after reading the specifications.It looks like this tower fan does not have a remote.Will my remote with my other tower fan work on this tower fan?

Q: HOW DOES ONE REMOVE THE BACK FOR CLEANING?

Follow these instructions to correctly and safely care for your fan. 1- Unplug the fan. 2- Remove the screw located on the top of the back grill using screwdriver. 3- Lift the grill. 4- Use a damp soft cloth with a mild soap solution to clean the grill. 5- Allow the fan grill to dry fully before re-installation. Not dishwasher safe. Do not install the grill or plug in the fan when the grill is wet. Do not attempt to plug in or run the fan when the grill is remove.
