  • A: The "buttons" on the unit are not physical buttons, but touch sensitive, and so ridiculously hard to get to activate that there might as well not even be buttons on the unit itself.

    Super loud, low is as strong as high should be.

    This fan is extremely powerful even on the low setting. Can not sleep with it running, it literally sounds like I’m on a tarmac at an airport. If you want an extremely powerful fan, cool I guess but this is not meant for a bedroom at all.

    I usually dont write negative reviews, as I understand that some defects can happen, and it's rare. Unfortunately, after having the fan for 3 weeks, MOST of the complaints I'm reading here HAS HAPPENED TO MINE. Most notably, the oscillation stopped working and its tilting. I bought this in-store, so I didn't read reviews prior to purchase. Target should pull these off the shelf until this company can fix these issues.

    Too loud and powerful -- Needs more settings.

    The "low" setting on this fan is, in my opinion, way too loud and powerful. I'm glad it can be that powerful when needed, but I really just need a gentle breeze, not an industrial strength wind tunnel. It should have more than 3 speed settings so users can tailor their experience. The "quiet sleep mode" seemingly does nothing to calm the ferocious tempest this fan produces. Other than that, it seems to be a fine product. I like the sturdy base.

    Don't waste your money

    This fan sucks! First of all, it has a mind of its own. If you put it on low, it gradually adjusts automatically until it's on high then it shuts off completely. The fan literally fell apart one month after having it. And it's pretty heavy for a fan with plastic blades

    Disappointed

    After reading the instructions I still can’t get the fan to stand straight up. It keeps leaning to a side. Since it leans the fan itself will start to droop forward. Also there isn’t a knob to tighten the fan to prevent that from drooping forward. It’s a nice fan, it is quiet and the air flow is great, if it would stay in the position I face it. It isn’t very heavy so it is easy to move around to different areas.
