Chill the Aif
Add water, turn on the fan to your choice of low to high fan speed. Optional lite is nice for the dark . Gentle effective fan...only cools if water is ice cold.

Arctic Air
The product seems to be more than the included power supply USB cord can handle. The plug got very warm within an hour or so and while there was water in the fill tank. We tried two different outlets with the same result. It probably would add to another type of fan in a small room if the power supply was replaced with one that wouldn't have the potential to short out.

Artic air
I thought this was an actual portable small air cooler. But it is powered by electric cord. When they say portable, I guess they DON'T mean that it is able to run without a cord. I wanted one to run in the car to help cool puppy. Oh, well. Nice ornament.

Would not purchase again
The charging port broke after two weeks of use, the water runs out within 30 minutes. It’s very small and meant for small spaces like your car. Anyway I had to return it because the charging port was defective

I'm Cool !
It's a personal air conditioner. The size of a small desk fan or space heater. Great to put on a small table.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
I bought this fan based on the product description, but it’s nothing like what was advertised. Instead of cooling, it blows hot air, making it completely useless in warm weather. The “time settings” are also inaccurate—if you set it for an hour, it turns off much earlier or later, so it’s totally unreliable. For the price, I expected something functional, but this feels like a cheap gimmick. Save your money and look for a real fan that actually wor

it's a mini fan
It's smaller than it looks. The air is cool, its not really any colder than a regular fan. The water may add moisture to the air, but not coldness.

I do not recommend this product.
This needs to be RIGHT beside you and even then is no better than having a fan beside you just blowing hot air around.

Not worth the money
It didn’t expect it to cool a whole room but it didn’t provide any relief. You only felt the cool, wet mist if you put your face right in front of the fan. Not worth the $40

Humidifier not coolr
Bought it to use while AC was not working and temps were high. It didn’t cool the space at all. There was air coming out but not cold. It worked more like a humidifier.

Wow. People aren't kidding when they say this thing is junk...
Our A/C is going to be out of commission for a few days and our house got miserably hot, so out of desperation my husband went to pick up the Arctic Air ice jet and accidentally bought these chill zones instead. I did not want to buy the chill zones after seeing the horrible reviews; but it was after hours when we realized it and I was desperate to try something, so I opened one, set it up, and… nothing. First, only the mister came on but not the fan. Then the fan came on for a split second but didn’t sound like it was turning so I unplugged it to try and make sure it was not being obstructed by ice. I plugged it back in and then it would not stay on whatsoever. It would light up and mist for a second, then go back off. The fan would never come on at all. I tried unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging back in. I tried leaving it plugged in for a while. Then it would light up and mist for a bit longer, like 4-5 seconds, and go back off. The mist did feel cool but I never got to feel the fan at all, and even the mist is useless if it won’t stay on for longer than 5 seconds. Oh and for some added complaints, if you tip it whatsoever, the water just gushes out of the sides of the reservoir and spills everywhere; there is almost no room for a decent amount of ice; the ice gets in the way of the fan and the filter; and you can only fill and empty it from the top. What absolute garbage. I hope target will take these back tomorrow. Save yourself the extra misery and don’t bother with these.
