    So frustrating. Don't buy it.

    I’m super frustrated. I bought this item new, instead of buying something else second hand online, first because it was highly rated, and second because it was on sale—I love a deal. Now I’m wondering if maybe it was on sale because of what I’m currently experiencing. The bottom, main filter, can’t be cleaned???????? I’ve uploaded a photo. We have two cats, but this amount of build up after less than a month of use…fine, great that it’s filtering, but when I went to remove the filter to clean it, there wasn’t a way to. I looked in the manual, no instructions, only how to clean the smaller filter higher up on the machine that has a pull out feature to clean. So then I unscrewed all of the walls of the machine. If I have to take the machine apart to clean it, that’s fine. Well everything is unscrewed, I attempted to pop off the top to then remove the walls. Nothing is budging. I can’t tip the machine on its side or upside down because of the water feature it uses to cool…so now there’s nothing I can do to actually get it clean? I googled it, no help. But it looks like other people are dealing with the same issue. Honestly I want my money back. Never would I ever have spent $300+ on something so poorly designed. I’d give this zero stars if I could.

    It arrived on time! Our central a/c broke down during 100f heatwave, with no date for fixing. So I compared portable units & Target prices best. This was delivered this morning & set up easily within 20 minutes & is on wheels, so I can easily move it from room to room. My cat & dog lie in front of it, too. It’s not too noisy- sounds like the tower fans I use. I’m feeling a 20f degree cooler in just a half hour!

    It has a window panel that allows you to open the window to let it take in air, while also sealing the window to prevent more heat from coming in. The remote works well even from a distance. I am very pleased with its performance. It works very well, cooling the room quickly and providing a comfortable environment even on the hottest days. Overall, this portable air conditioner exceeded my expectations in terms of both efficiency and convenience.

    Best Portable AC Unit

    I'm so thankful for the 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner. With this summer heat it's difficult cooling every room in the house. The portable AC unit provides less humidity, better air circulation and cooler air from corner to corner of the room. The remote control and smart touch panel with LED display makes adjustments easy and convenient making my office the most comfortable room in the house now.

    Great product, but has some expected limitations

    I purchased this AC for my sons room where he is renting and sometimes gets too hot. It worked great the first couple of nights, but I don\'t believe it was intended to be run constantly. It\'s a \"stop gap\" and not intended to be the full AC, so if you are expecting it to work like that, it won\'t. But, aside from that, it\'s been a great purchase.

    Works great, but only for one room, the fan on it is not strong enough to disperse cold air beyond that, it is good for a small living room or a large bedroom.
