A: This machine can be connected to the pipe to drain the water, or it can open the lowest bottom water plug to drain the water gravity.

AC actually works
Works really good. AC actually fills my entire master bedroom and even reaches the living room when door is left open. Only down fall is the tube where it connects with window and AC is so fragile. Whenever I want to adjust the AC to face a certain direction sucks because the tube keeps breaking off. It was made a bit cheap. I guess just do not move it at all and it will work very well.

Bought an older home with an insufficient ac unit. This portable unit has been a game changer. Keeps my bedroom very cool & isn\'t loud. Also doesn\'t take much space.

It barely cools my basement bedroom. It runs CONSTANTLY. It\'s LOUD. It makes a new and different noise every day. Loud thumping noises, clanking, creaking, high pitch squeal... it just sucks. I have a 6k window unit that would cool my room better but this room doesnt have windows. I ducted the exhaust out of a window in my closet. 2.5 stars

Works as it should
Have has this portable AC for about a year and overall it\'s a very good unit. Cold and quick to get started. I mostly use it in the shed or out camping with a softstarter. Writing this review now because I lost the remote for the unit and Costway was very generous in sending me a new one which is very appreciated.

Easy to install and well worth the money.
I needed a window unit , I thought and bought one that was so big that it blew the breaker and almost burned out the house at the socket. Ends up, big isn't better. I had to get an estimate for install too, over 400 dollars so, I bought this one. Nobody needed to install and big enough at 10,000 btu to cool a room 15 by 15 ..and not blow breakers. I live in an old mobile home so brokers are smaller I think, than normal homes. The air conditioner is a real upgrade to having just a fan. This unit needs an exhaust kit to vent the super hot air it extracts. I love the icy cold air it shoots out. This is well worth the money. I almost bought 2 , but I do have central air conditioning too, but it only can do so well. It appears well made .there is a sleep mode and a timer for making it a little less cold as you sleep.

I got a costway portable air cooler july 23/2024 unfortunately it did not work. It showed a error code first time we plugged it in. We e-mailed costway with the issue with a short video. The next day we got a e-mail stating costway was going to ship a replacement. We got it within 5 days. Just got it hooked up and yay!! Works great! Thank you Costway, I\'m very happy.

Window installation to be aware of is that it\'s for a windo
I assumed it was adaptable to be installed horizontally....Nope. I had a friend adapt it to my window that opens horizontally. Otherwise, it\'s a great little machine. I\'m glad I didn\'t have to return it.

Not cold enough
At the lowest setting checking the air coming out of the unit, it is 74 degrees. It should be colder than that. At max it is a bit loud but tolerable.

Great at first
This thing was super amazing and blows out super cold air at first. It fills my bowl of water so fast… within 6 hours it's almost full. Now after two weeks, it's not cooling as fast as it did right away.
