A: Given the quality of Lasko products, reflected in the price, you will probably not need to remove the feet -- they will fall off in short order. The worst case scenario? Only one of them falls off.

A: Better off to buy 2 fans because one I bought arrived with a broken foot so I was unable to assemble it and use it! The handle broke on the 2nd one I bought, but feet were ok so I used it!
