How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    They're ok

    I was looking for just a regular, soft, comfy pair of pants to wear around the house. These are fairly comfortable, but the material is slick on the outside. Also, they are long for me, even in petite. I will wear them, but I won't buy again.

    Great pants for uneven legged people

    I am 5'3". Tried these on when received and they fit great. Washed them in cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dried on low. Put them on. Fit was fine, until my ankle got cold and I looked down to see that one leg was 2 inches shorter than the other. I've tried re-stretching them. No luck.

    Petite straight leg sweats that fit!!

    These same petite sweats from over 15 years ago finally wore out so I checked to see if Hanes still had them and they did and they are just as cozy and perfect fitting as the old ones! So rare a style stays around! Bought them in 3 colors to hopefully last another 15 years!

    Larger and longer than expected.

    I bought the petite because my inseam is 29 inches but these are still too long for me and the size is larger than expected too. Comfy but may end up returning for a smaller size, just not sure how to navigate the length.

    Inconsistent sizing

    I have purchased a size small petite in these pants in the past. Have worn them for years and decided to get replacements. Ordered 3 pair size small petite pants. Though the length was good with all three, two pair were very short in the crouch. The sizing between them was inconsistent. Very disappointed

    Very comfy pants

    Great pants for the winter. I bought pefite but they are definitely regular and must be rolled up at the bottom so I won't trip. But they are very comfy and will be great for snuggling in the winter.

    These are nice, well made. Could you spare a pair of pockets? They would be nice. I am a 10 PM and these fit! Yay on that, PM is super hard to find. It's nice to have pockets though!

    Description is not accurate

    These sweatpants are NOT petite size. There was nowhere on the package they were in that indicated they were petite, nor nowhere on the tag inside the waist. I have purchased petite size Hanes sweatpants in the past that fit fine. These are 3 to 4 inches longer than the ones I've purchased previously that actually were petite size. Too long for me to wear.

    small ran big and short

    Not able to really review them - they did not fit so I returned them - nothing really wrong with them - just did not fit - I ordered a "small" .. the small seems to also be considered a "petite" so they were still too big and also too short .. on the right body I'm sure they would be good.

    Favorite Sweatpants

    I live in these sweats during the winter. Very comfortable, and hold up well with multiple washings. Had 3 pairs from last winter and just bought 3 more. Love them.
