I'm not very handy but I was able to install these decking tiles pretty easily over the cracked concrete slab of my garage porch. The pieces snap together easily. I laid down most of the tile in a couple of hours (156 sq ft area). I borrowed a jigsaw to custom cut some of the tiles to fit around my posts and doorway. The plastic backing is easy to cut with wire cutters and with the configuration of the teak boards, I could avoid using the saw on some of the tiles. If you don't have a perfectly square or rectangular area, keep the scraps of tile to fill any gaps you want to cover. These tiles are not very thick so they fit nice under my fence and garage doors. No issues with opening the doors over the tiles. It looks great.

We got these to cover the bare concrete on our apartment patio. It went from drab and unwelcoming, basically a stash for yard junk, into one of our favorite spots to hang out for coffee and wine, largely thanks to these lovely tiles. They look really nice and add a level of polish that really makes for a cozy outdoor patio atmosphere.

Here’s the thing with these anywhere you buy them- they are very light. I think people are expecting a professionally done patio with this incredibly simple DIY project。For what they are, I think they’re high quality. They’re great if you’re using them for a balcony like mine , or anywhere you’re trying to create a temporary patio. So they’re perfect for renters. The fact that they’re light also makes them easy to trim, so I was able to easily make them fill the floor of my balcony without an issue. Anyway I love them and I’d buy them again!

We used these tiles in the entryway to our patio and we LOVE them. You do need a saw to cut the edges off of 2 of your sides (in order for them to interlock and not have the fasteners hanging off the outside).

Gorgeous panels. Did WONDERS for my porch!! There was a storm and they lasted through the crazy wind and the huge puddle it created. Very good solution!
