Jacobs Kronung Ground Coffee 17.6oz/500g Case of 12

Twenty some-odd years ago my neighbor brought me a "brick" of this coffee from Germany. At that time I had been enjoying Colombian supremo for several years and nothing was going to change that, ever. So, what to do with this brick of Jacob's? I couldn't toss it. I reasoned that maybe my taste buds might accept it and I could get through at least part of the brick. Everything about it was foreign to me. No English on the packaging, vacuum packed, very fine grounds, I was not optimistic. The aroma however, was chocolatey and inviting. I took the first sip and OMG this is good!!! In that moment Jacob's became my new go to. But then I had a new problem. Where can I buy it? At first I found it on the shelves of the local German and Polish markets. Then I found Enjoy Better Coffee and have purchased it there ever since. I've shared it with friends and family and all but one person love it. As a rule I don't do reviews. This is kind of a public service message.

I buy this when I'm in EU. I'm grateful that EBC imports it to the US. It's perfect for Turkish coffee! Great aroma and taste. It's a "go-to" standard for our households, whether in CZ or in US.

We began drinking Jacobs Kronung coffee years ago when we first visited Berlin. We would always bring back some with us on our return trips to the US. We love its full bodied flavor and that it never tastes bitter. Hands down our favorite morning brew!

I found this brand sitting in a local Odd-Lots before they closed down. Couldn't believe how good it was. I've been hooked since. It's not too bold, but has good character to it. I myself prefer to mild roast, but this medium roast is good as well. If Starbucks-type coffee isn't your thing, give this a try!

Outstanding! Been enjoying it for years. We actually mix the regular and decaf 50/50. The balanced isn't nearly as good.

My daughter introduced me to Jacobs coffee from her trips to Germany. It's not always available in stores so I've been purchasing from you. My favorite brand of coffee. Excellent turn around time from selecting to delivery.

I drank this for years and then tried other brands, but came back to Jacobs. It's flavorful, smooth, and does not upset my stomach. The grind is just a tad finer than I would like--I may switch to whole bean--because if I make more than2 ½ large mugs I'm afraid the grinds will overflow the filter.

Jacobs is a tried and true brand of German coffee. Flavor is strong and aromatic, but never bitter to the taste. Love it.

Jacobs Kronung coffee is delicious with a smooth and robust flavor. It is not bitter, and is enjoyable with a dash of half&half mixed in. The ground coffee works well with a Krups drip coffee-maker
