Damage overpriced catio

I received my catio on the 5th. It was a birthday present to me for my cats. My friend ended up putting it together, which would cost me around 400… it said it took two hours to build it was more like eight.. really disappointed in target that they wouldn’t make good on refunding me some of the money since it was damaged. I should’ve returned it day. Since my friend already started the project things got really worse in the middle of it. Parts broke off on the side of the roof it wasn’t lining up right not to mention the quality of the wood very thin this product will not last very long. If it’s completely outside, you might get five years of its under a patio cover. Also the product retail for over $1700. I paid 769. Which I seen it on TikTok for 272 so that means target raise the price over $600. Shame on you target please do not buy this product unless you can get it for under 250. I did call customer service. The first lady was really rude to me. The second lady was very nice and I just decided to return it and never shop at target again. Now I need to spend the time to take it apart and find somebody with the truck. It’s really sad that they couldn’t compensate me for all the time and trouble.
