Really happy with the purchase
I’m personally very happy with this purchase. I used the JBL Tune 770NC for quite a while, but overall, I think the JBL Live 780NC is much better. It’s very comfortable to wear, and I can easily keep it on for the whole working day. I usually listen to music while I’m working, but I also spend quite a lot of time talking to AI. These headphones work really well for both, which makes them very convenient for me. The sound quality is good, and the noise cancellation is also pretty decent. When I’m listening to music, I can barely hear anything else around me. The build quality seems very good as well, and they feel comfortable and well made. I’ve bought quite a few headphones over the years, but so far, these are definitely one of the best pairs I’ve owned. I think I’ll be using them for quite a long time. I'm not sure about the battery, Because I mainly use it with a computer, and I will charge it whenever I do not use it.

Great set of headphones with good enhancements
Had these headphones for a while and they are extremely comfortable to wear and on the ears. The padding is comfortable to wear for long periods without any discomfort. The battery life is great on these, getting 60+ hours without the ANC on is great. Sound Quality is great on the headphones with clear bass and vocals. The Multipoint connection also great on these as it connects seamless with the work laptop and personal phone to attend the work meetings and enjoy the personal music without changing the headphones. Personify is great feature that you can tune the headphones in the APP to be suitable for your ears, I can feel the difference in the music once this feature is turned on. A great set of headphones to buy.

Great product, does what it says on the tin.
I was looking for a product that would be multi functional for use at both work and home. I had previously been using my air buds, which after a while stopped giving me the clarity on sound and noise cancellation. After looking at several brands, I chose the JBL780NC. I have to say I am extremely happy with head sets, particularly the battery life, the comfort the sound quality and ease of use.

JBL LIVE - 780NC - A great purchase!
I have had these headphones for a few weeks now and have put them through a good test. I have been wearing them quite a lot around the gym and also while out and about. I have not had the chance to test them out while travelling via plane yet. I am impressed with the comfort. They are extremely comfortable, and I have wore them for 3 hour sessions and I can forget I am wearing them I have tried other headphones for the gym before - and they tend to 'slip' a lot more. Especially for runs & when you lay down. This is not the case with those. The Noise cancellation also seems really good. I wear prescription glasses - so I find that the little gap that they create with the pads make them slightly less efficient, but still very good. The battery life has been fantastic. I don't have to think about charging them very often at all - this will be of no concern at all for you. Now, the sound. They sound really good, and in my opinion, a good value for the money. There are more high end headphones out there - but these provide a good enough bass and clarity. The headphones come in a little bag that you can use for portability purposes - but the headphones themselves fold up nicely - making them quite compact and easy to travel with.

Versatile headphones for everyday use
These headphones look smart and understated. They paired with my phone quickly, and the controls were easy to get used to. The sound is clear and detailed, with plenty of bass without overpowering the vocals. I briefly tested the sound adjustments in the JBL app, although I haven’t explored all the settings in much depth yet. The noise cancelling makes a noticeable difference, particularly during my daily train commute to work. They fit comfortably around my ears and feels snug without being too tight. They’re slightly heavier than basic headphones, but I can still wear them for long periods without discomfort. The battery life has been super so far, and a short charge gives plenty of additional listening time. They also fold flat, so they’re easy to carry in my backpack. On the whole, they’re a versatile pair of everyday headphones, with the quality I’ve come to expect from JBL

Great build and sound quality, though ANC could be
I upgraded recently to the JBL Live 780NC from the Tune 780NC, and it was definitely worth the jump. The build quality feels much more premium, they are comfortable for long listening sessions, and the battery life is outstanding. The physical buttons are intuitive and easy to access without fumbling around. Sound quality is rich, clear, and well-balanced. My only real drawback is the Active Noise Cancellation. While it dulls background hums, it doesn’t completely block out chatter and louder ambient noise in a busy office or loud environment. Aside from that, they’re fantastic everyday headphones. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and good ANC!
So I have owned headphones before and realistically I've never been that bigger fan of over the ear headphones over earbuds, however these are actually really comfortable the battery lasts a very long time. The noise cancellation is really really good I travel a lot and on the planes it basically completely isolate you so yeah 100% recommend these.

Fantastic comfort
Picked these headphones a little over a month ago, having previously used the JBL tune models the live 780 is far superior in all aspects. The comfort over extended use is something I have never thought was possible, but even after a few hours you forget they’re on your head. The noise cancelling feature is great, and the ambient aware is superb too! Fantastic product- 10/10

Exelent valie for money
I am truly very satisfied with the headphones. The materials are really high-quality, featuring metal and a leather-like effect on the headband. The wearing comfort is excellent; even though I have a small head, it fits very well. The fact that the ear cushions fit around the ears makes wearing the headphones for a long period really comfortable. As far as audio quality is concerned, the sound performance is really good, and the different listening modes are great, featuring a very efficient noise-cancellation mode. I recommend this product, which in my opinion offers excellent value for money. The only small downside is the microphone quality—some people complain that they cannot hear me well during calls and I also regret the lack of a protective hard case, though there is still a small pouch that allows you to store the headphones and the cable. Another important point: the battery life is really very long and the charging time is very fast, which is a massive advantage for this type of product. 8.5/10 for me.

Value for money meets comfort
The JBL Live 780NC are the sort of headphones you stop thinking about, which is actually as a compliment. They sit comfortably enough for a long train journey, the earcups don’t get sweaty, and the button layout means you’re not fumbling to skip a track. Bluetooth reconnects instantly when I take them out of the case. In terms of durability, they’ve held up. The headband adjusts smoothly and hasn’t loosened, and the folding hinges still feel tight after months of being thrown in and out of a bag. Plastic, yes, but not flimsy plastic. The battery is genuinely the reason I keep reaching for these over more expensive pairs. I plug them in far less often than I expect to, and a short charge rescues me when I forget. I've been on a trip for a week and so far have not had to recharge them although they're just hitting 20% now with 2 days to go. On price, they undercut the obvious premium rivals by a wide margin while giving up surprisingly little. Unless you specifically need best-in-class noise cancelling, the extra spend is hard to justify. The audio is clear and crisp with most people mentioning how clear it's been. I am yet to test these in windy situations but I am certain they will hold up just fine.

Comfortable, great battery
After downloading the app, I found these easy to pair and use. They are very comfortable and more lightweight than I was expecting so easy to take around with me. They come with a travel bag too with a small pocket for holding the charging cable too. I can wear them for hours and they don't feel heavy or cause any ear pain. I use the app to change the settings whwn on my phone but everything can be done n the headphones themselves. Tap to pause and play, which is quite receptive. A small button to switch between noise cancelling, ambient aware and talk thru. The noise cancelling is good when the volume is a bit higher but I could definitely hear people near me when the volume was less than half. There is a headphone jack but no charging cable, however with most devices using usb-c, this isn't really necessary as a normal phone charger works. The battery life lasts ages too, I have been using them on and off all week and haven't needed to charge yet.

Quality, comfort + features, best headphones ever.
A few weeks ago, I bought these earphones with modest expectations, but they quickly became a massive surprise. From the first use, the earphones' comfort has stood out to me. They're lighter than I expected and fold up well, so they're very portable. The soft, cushioned material gently moulds around my ears, a big contrast to other options I've tried in the past that eventually hurt my ears or the side of my head. No such issues here! The free JBL Sound was easy to find on the Google Play Store. It's very intuitive, practical and full of useful features. I'm still getting my head around the level of customisation available; it's super granular and highly personalisable. The noise-cancelling and clarity are superb. I've used these in the gym, but mainly in the office to block everyone out. The physical controls on the earphones are thoughtfully placed and effortless to use. By chance, I found out you can also tap the right ear cover for a function too! My point is you can use this so easily without reading the manual. I keep stumbling onto new features every other day. Finally, the battery life and sound quality exceeded my expectations. This has been a genuinely satisfying purchase. The only improvement needed is the free bag provided. It's a lightweight cotton bag; I would have loved it to be a bit thicker for more protection. Regardless, this is very good value for money, and I'm keeping it. I'm very happy with this purchase.

These are super quality head phones that have a great lasting battery and the comfort, noise reduction and sound clarity quality are fabulous. They are easy to store and fold down easily to fit in your back pack or hand bag. I highly recommend these and I have already bought another pair for my son.

Great quality sound!
I bought these a few weeks ago for my partner. They are very decent pair of headphones. They arrive in their own box with a JBL bag. The noise cancelling is great, I would say the downside is that often you can hear music playing outside so noise cancelling for other people isn’t the best. That being said, they are a seriously good pair of headphones for the cost. The sound quality is great also. Battery levels are great.

Mind Blown
I bought these just over a week ago. I will start with the cons first. When they arrived they were well packed in the postage packaging, once taken out of the packaging the product box was dented and the security sticker looked like it had been tampered with, took the sticker off and the box opened way to easily, thought I had been sent a duff product. In the box came the headphones, USB C to 3.5mm jack, a bag to carry the headphones and USC C to 3.5mm jack cable. No USB C charging cable, not a problem as I am sure every household will have them in abundance. Checked the headphones over and they looked immaculate. The headphones were 50% charged out of the box and connected to my phone in under 20 seconds, however, the 50% charge was annoying as I had downloaded the JBL app and there was an update but needed over 50% charge to complete, I had to charge the headphones for an hour to get them to 100% before updating which took about 2 minutes. Now the pros. I have been using other Bluetooth headphones, KVIDIO (Amazon cheap special), JLAB JBUD ANC LUX, JLAB Rewind 2 and recently purchased some wired headphones Ortizan Wired Studio to go with my Mechen M30 MP3 player which does not have Bluetooth, as I am trying to move away from Bluetooth headphones. The JBL Live 780 NC far exceeds the afore mentioned headphones. I regularly walk my dogs twice a day so I have been able to put these through the ANC test and boy do they do just that, you cannot hear a thing going past you, living in the sticks the roads do not have pavements so when a car goes past you they are pretty much 12" away and you cannot hear them. Tried without ANC and you can hear the traffic approaching from over 100 metres away. The USB C to 3.5mm jack cable has been a godsend as I can hook it up to my MP3 player, I tried the headphone socket and there was no sound, I had to still turn the headphones on despite using a wire, this still confuses me but not a major issue. So using the headphones socket on my MP3 player, you could just about hear the music at full volume on the MP3 player. This stumped me for 2 days, then I decided to stick the jack in the Aux out and that fixed that problem, I had to use the volume button on the headphones as the MP3 player volume would not work. After a shaky start, I will only be buying JBL moving forward. What a great set of headphones.
