It contains important information. in clinical studies of mostly white women aged 18-45 years with mild to moderate degrees of hair loss, the following response to minoxidil topical solution 2% was reported: 19% of women reported moderate hair regrowth after using minoxidil topical solution 2% for 8 months (19% had moderate regrowth; 40% had minimal regrowth). This compares with 7% of women reporting moderate hair regrowth after using the placebo, the liquid without minoxidil in it, for 8 months (7% had moderate regrowth; 33% had minimal regrowth). store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F).   • A: Hello, thank you for your question. There is no need to change your usual hair care routine when using minoxidil. However, you should apply minoxidil first and wait for it to dry before applying your styling aids. The product should be allowed to sit on the scalp for at least 4 hours prior to washing.

    Save your money!!!!

    Make sure you check the expiration date!!!! The one I picked up in store expired August 2026. When this review was written it is the last week of October. I will be returning!

    it works, be patient

    I am in my early '70s and noticed that my part was becoming much wider with bare areas of my scalp showing also at the crown/back of my head. I began with the liquid minoxidil twice daily. I started seeing fine baby hairs growing after about 6- 8 weeks. I did experience the typical hair shedding caused by minoxidil but I knew this was going to happen so I was patient and continued the regimen. I have had very good results and no side effects except for slight itching at times on my scalp. I have now been using it for a year and my hair is much thicker and much less scalp shows. when I wash my hair I do not have the large amounts of hair loss that I did previous to using this. I have also used the up and up minoxidil foam for women which you only have to apply once per day. The foam is not as messy as the liquid so it is more convenient and I usually use that now. I definitely recommend this but you must be patient and use it as directed.

    Thankful this works!

    My doc recommended this product to me. I started using this a year ago and since then I had only applied 3 drops to the affected area only 2-3x a week. After a year I don’t have a thinning spot anymore and lots of new healthy growth. I am so relieved & so thankful to have my hair back!     Easier to use then the foam. As soon as you squeeze the dropper into your hair rub it in. The liquid will roll down your head if you don't. You don't want this stuff near your eyes.

    Ordered at the end of July, came August 2nd but product had EXPIRED in June! A quick Google search tells you Minoxidil is NOT safe to use once expired. ALSO, less effective which means it’s a waste of money. Is ANYONE in charge of quality control at the warehouse?!!!

    Not for me

    I’m aware of the shedding process that comes with using minoxidil. But aside from how it made so much hair fall out, it caused me severe heart palpitations and headaches. I felt so sick on it so I had to stop. It’s also deadly to your pets so be aware of that.

    This a no for me ill go back to using hers or get an expensive brand it's my hair it worth it right lol. But seriously I started using this cause by the sides of my hair by the temple it's thin and this only made it worse so I'm done they look even thinner now. Just horrible. I got the 3 month supply so yeah they going to waste. I definitely don't recommend but on the reviews it seems to work for some ppl.
