Q: Why is this not for women? The 5% is what I am looking for and advised by doctor.

A: It’s because 5% wasn’t approved by the FDA for women, only for men. It isn’t the company’s fault. They legally can’t market this to women. Just use it if you identify as a woman. Plenty of other women do.

The FDA recommendation for men is twice a day while only once a day for women, so the packaging can specifically note it is for men if the directions on the back include the dosing recommendation for men. Women could also buy it but just use it once a day if they want to align with the recommended dosage

After trying this minoxidil hair treatment I can tell my is growing in areas where I didn't have any hair and it's growing more abundant.the treatment is very easy to apply and the results are amazing I can definitely see more hair growth. The hair is starting to grow thicker and faster overall I'm very impressed with this product the results speak for themselves. I was excited to try the Up&Up brand minoxidil as it comes in an easy to use three months supply. The package has three one month bottles in it with an easy to use dropper. You're supposed to use it twice a day, which I found to be a little annoying to have to remember to do it both in the morning and at night. My other complaint was that the solution is really oily on your fingers, but you just wash your hands and are OK. It's too soon to tell if I'm getting any results or not, but I will update my review in a few weeks.
