I have been taking it for years now, and I think I am at a point that it has just done it's on and is in a stable mode. As long as I take it, the job has done it thing. It had been gradually thinning in areas especially along the front bangs. After I had been taking the supplement for about 3 months I noticed new growth. I hadn’t mentioned the supplement to my hair dresser and she even commented that my hair seemed thicker, fuller. I told her about Viviscal and sent her a link. She said she had several clients that might benefit. One additional plus - my nails also grew stronger. In fact I went over a year without breaking a finger nail until this spring when I was working in the yard. I love how my hair looks and feels and I love having longer natural nails! I get a lot of compliments on both. Of course a good hair cut and color on my nails helps to draw attention to both. It helps this old lady feel young and attractive…a blessing at this age!

Just last night, she remarked about how much fuller and healthier my hair is now versus when I first started coming to her with my thinning, brittle, damaged hair. I was becoming fearful that I was going bald and would need to start wearing wigs.
