    Hard to Squeeze Containers

    I am 58 years old and my hair is really frizzy due to hair coloring. I've been using L'Oreal conditioners and they are really good, makes my hair softer and smoother. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the container is really hard to squeeze.

    Buy if you want even frizzier, dry hair.

    I hate this conditioner and wish I never tried it. It dried out my hair and made it even MORE frizzy. I used to have moderate, controllable frizz, but now my hair is impossible, even with additional serums.

    Awful formula change

    This conditioner used to be my favorite until the formula changed. Went from thick and moisturizing conditioner to thin, runny, and cheap-feeling. No longer provides moisture to my hair and does not help with frizz anymore. Will be switching to another company after using this for years sadly.

    So disappointed in changes to formula with the lighter caps packaging!! I have been loyal to the Ever Pure products since they began years ago. Awful changes. My hair felt dry, stripped, brittle, tangled… breakage with each try. Checked ingredients and indeed different. They all went back/returned. Looked into other formulas in line, and it’s seems consistent they were all changed and disliked. Lost a customer. Please bring back old formula that was working and loved!

    Love the fragrance

    I love this conditioner! It smells so lovely with beautiful notes of magnolia. It is a soft but sweet floral and lightly lingers in the hair. I want a whole line of products with this fragrance. This has Marula oil and it did help to smooth frizz and left my hair so soft and shiny! Although I do like this I probably will not be repurchasing. For the price, it doesn't do enough to keep my hair looking healthy.

    Great for hair, bad for drains

    The formula is lovely for making your hair nice and soft. But once it’s down the drain, it dries and hardens and clogs the drain in a few washes. Had to get standing out the tub with a cup and mixing bowl. Draino worked but it wasn’t worth the effort.
