Q: Can I take out the wipes from the packaging and just place it in the case without it? What works best to retain the moisture of the wipes?

I’m not much of a fan of waterproof makeup because I feel my skin is harshly treated with it’s removal. However, Neutrogena wipes for waterproof makeup has changed my mind. It’s gentle and soothing to my skin. It’s very effective in the removal of makeup as well. A must have for anyone using waterproof makeup occasionally or everyday.

These work well. They are very oily and have a scent to them but other than that I have no complaints. They get the job done. I would recommend washing your face after though.

I love these wipes for when I need to quickly remove my make up. It does remove them easily and smells wonderful! Very cost efficient. Easy to throw in the suitcase for trips and then wash my face after getting the make up off!

These are the best makeup wipes i use. They stay moist in the packaging. They take off all makeup even eye makeup really well. The scent is nice and the value is great.

I absolutely love these Neutrogena wipes. They come in full packages as well as individually wrapped travel size. They have a neutral scent and are reasonably priced. Perfect for wiping a full days of make up off your face including waterproof eyeliner and mascara!

These makeup wipes are good. They dry out pretty quickly but they don’t irritate my eyes at all. It doesn’t have a very strong smell which I appreciate.

The only makeup wipes I truly use, it’s oily enough to even get my water proof mascara off my lash. I like the travel size one, I usually have one in my bag just in case. Overall - great product that I can’t seem to replace when it comes to trying out different makeup removal wipes.

I’ve used this for years at the end of the night to get my make up off. I have very sensitive skin so I appreciate the gentle texture on my skin. They are fairly inexpensive and you get a lot in a little package and they also offer a travel size.

Neutrogena has done it again with another great product. Ultra soft makeup remover wipes that don't disappoint. I love these for removing stubborn waterproof eye makeup.They have a nice light scent if anything and don't leave your skin sticky or with a residue of any kind. It is gentle on my skin and I haven't noticed any sensitivity after using these wipes,

The Neutrogena Ultra Soft Makeup Remover Wipes actually do a solid job, especially with stubborn or waterproof makeup. You don’t have to scrub your face off, which is always a win. They’re soft, don’t sting your eyes, and leave your skin feeling clean — though they do leave a bit of a dewy finish (not greasy, just noticeable). Not a miracle product, but they come through when you’re tired or just want something quick. Handy to keep around, but not a full skincare replacement.
