A: Hello Kelly, Our Soothies are reusable for the 72 hours. Simply place them in the storage tray included in the package in between uses. Each set of Soothie pads can be used for up to 72 hours. Use of Gel Pads therapy should not exceed three weeks.

While these did provide relief to a raw, painful nipple, oh. My. God. Peeling them off of a raw, painful nipple left me in more pain than before I used them. Baby would not latch well after use either.

Waste of money, I bought these because the medela hydrogel pads were out of stock but these are pitiful and don't even begin to compare to the medela ones. Don't waste your time and money on these

They felt really good. Easy to use. And they kept fabric from rubbing against your nipples. The problem is my baby would not nurse after I took them off. Even after I washed myself. The slightly sticky residue was behind is really hard to get off and we struggled for a long time before she would nurse again. So in the end I use them once and will never use them again.

These wouldn’t stay on at all and really didn’t have any sort of cooling sensation in my opinion (I never leave reviews, but as a new breastfeeding mom who put them on her registry and spent weeks researching items for my registry- I thought it was important to leave an honest review).

These didn’t work at all for me. If you any level of let down they practically slip off and you’ll leak everywhere.

These are okay, but they start to breakdown after a day or so of use. My lactation consultant recommended a different brand that can be reused for a week and they are so much better!

I had high hopes for these to help with sore and chapped nipples that were chafing under clothing but no luck. I did find that they were sticky enough to stay on at first but lost stickiness pretty quickly when I had to remove them to breastfeed. They were cool at first but this sensation wore off after a few hours. They also made chafing worse because they smashed my nipples down. They also did not moisturize or soothe at all. Will not buy again.

Very soothing for sore nipples. I used these a lot in the first month I was breastfeeding. They are great for keeping tender nipples away from fabric or bras. I even bought these for my friend when she started breastfeeding.

I’m giving these 4 stars because they did help soothe my nipples in the first couple of weeks of breastfeeding when they were on fire! But if your nipples are already cracked or bleeding these would NOT be helpful. They stick to your nipple so pulling it off can be sore.

These came through and saved my nipple. I exclusively pump and out of nowhere one of my nipples would sporadically bleed while pumping making it painful. I purchased these in hopes that they’d help me out and within a day my nipple healed and bleeding while pumping was no longer an issue. I will always have this stocked for those just in case moments. I wish they’d last a little longer but I love the fabric backing to these and they stick very well and stay in place (I’ve even slept with them on)

I LOVED the feel of these gel pads but they did not last long enough to justify the price. I tried these and the Medela nipple pads, and I found that both only worked for about 24 hours before they lost their stickiness. I followed directions and kept these on the plastic saucers when I wasn’t using them, but they inevitably picked up residual fibers on my skin from my clothes. They also sometimes curled and shifted, which allowed them to pick up more fibers and lose stickiness. Of the two, these nipple pads felt way better than the Medela ones, but they are too expensive for not reliably lasting multiple days.

Would not recomendable this if your trying to heal your nips. The Cooling sensation was only for a brief moment when putting them on. They hurt when removing from your breast if your nips are cracked or scabbing. Feels like peeling tape off your nips.

These work wonders for painful nipples from nursing. My nipples were scabbed and bleeding when I first started nursing and these were a lifesaver for healing them while I worked on improving my baby’s latch. They last for multiple uses and really work to help soothe any nipple pain or damage.

these are a lifesaver. they are so much better then the disposable pads that rub and are uncomfortable. they are a little pricey but it's worth it. a bummer it can only be used for three weeks (changing every 72 hrs or sooner)
