Q: After opening how long can I use these for? If I store them in the freezer between uses can that extend there life?
A: Hi Alysha--- Thank you for your question! After opening, the pads can be used for up to 24 hours. Unopened gel pads can be placed in the fridge shortly before use. However, we have not tested for freezer storage and therefore would not recommend placing the pads in the freezer.

Q: There's 2 clear plastics on each side of the hydrogel. Are you supposed to peel off both? And which side should be placed on your nipple (there's a side with a texture and another side that's smooth)?
A: There should only be one side with a hard removable plastic. The other side will be textured, but should not have a removable plastic on it. The side that gets removed would be the one to go on the breast. Please chat with us on our website or call us at 1-800-435-8316 if you need any further assistance.
