I love Frida products!!
I bought the Frida Mom Breast Care Self-Care Kit and included came this gem and it has been an excellent product. This one time use mask has definitely helped with my breastfeeding journey to soothe breast and leave them hydrated after a long day of hard work.

DONT GET!
Absolutely hate this product and would not recommend to anyone! I went from pumping 4-5 oz each session and now I’m barley getting an oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay hear me out, this is a weird concept but it’s oddly very nice. As a breastfeeding mom you’re breasts get a workout. This was very soothing and relaxing. Made my skin smooth and soft and feel very hydrated.

Works like magic!
I got sick, and my milk was having trouble letting down for 2 days! Then I tried the breast mask for hydration and my milk started letting down again! So impressed!

A Questionably Effective Treat
It had a pleasant cooling sensation, though I'm not sure whether it really helped draw more milk out later. I would try it again but am not banking on it rescuing a dip in production.

Didn't work for me
Didn’t see any increase at all, in fact I’m getting less when I pump so will not be repurchasing at all.

This was very soothing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was very soothing on my breasts. It made my skin soft and supple, I can't believe no one thought of sheet masks for breasts before. I didn't notice any increase in production, maybe because I only had one. I will probably buy some more to see if they help, but it feels good so they're still worth it.
