I love Frida products!!
I bought the Frida Mom Breast Care Self-Care Kit and included came this gem and it has been an excellent product. This one time use mask has definitely helped with my breastfeeding journey to soothe breast and leave them hydrated after a long day of hard work.

Works like magic!

A Questionably Effective Treat
It had a pleasant cooling sensation, though I'm not sure whether it really helped draw more milk out later. I would try it again but am not banking on it rescuing a dip in production.

Didn’t see any increase at all, in fact I’m getting less when I pump so will not be repurchasing at all.

I didn't notice any increase in production, maybe because I only had one. I will probably buy some more to see if they help, but it feels good so they're still worth it.
