Wow. These are wayyyyy longer than I thought they would be. I cannot fit these in my bra whatsoever. In my opinion these were made for EE and bigger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved these! I’m exclusively pumping and they help soothe when I’m sore. I also warm them up and use them for about 15 minutes before a pumping session and it help with my milk let down. The soft side feels comfortable on the skin.

It’s ingenious for sure and helps a lot with engorgement pain. I think it would help mommas that struggle with let down too. Overall a great product for breastfeeding mothers. I’ve been enjoying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These hot/cold packs are amazing. Frida Mom products are all thoughtfully designed and make postpartum so much more comfortable. These packs are truly essential for the breastfeeding mom. I've used them to soothe the pain of clogged ducts and engorgement as my supply was regulating. As I transitioned back to work from my maternity leave, I also used them to encourage let downs while I pumped and to increase my output. They have a plush outer covering and they're generously sized. I found that they heated quickly and retained their temperature for a long time. I recommend these packs to every breastfeeding mom I know!

Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2024 These literally saved my life once my milk came in. I was super uncomfortable and engorged and my daughter was a having a hard time latching because of this. As soon as I started using these, I felt instant relief. I love that you can use them hot or cold. I would definitely consider getting a second pair that can stay in the freezer as they do take awhile to get cold/frozen, but you can get away with one set if you plan accordingly. I’m about a 34C and they feel super comfortable to wear. I especially love the soft fabric. Worth every penny and will be recommending them to all of my friends

This time around I have used this product so much to help prevent getting mastitis. If I feel a clogged duct I immediately pull these from the freezer and they are way more comfortable than an ice pack!

I’ve used brands in the past that were much smaller and filled with tiny beads that ended up all over after a tiny hole formed in them. These are gel filled and a very generous size to make them usable by everyone. They are soft and perfect for a new mom, or a mom trying to keep mastitis at bay or in the thick of fighting it. I would highly recommend.
