For frozen these are amazing and better than the lansinoh ones. Heat for breast feeding is no longer recommended anyways but if you’re looking for ice I highly reco

Do not microwave

Burned in microwave following directions

Had these in the microwave for 5 seconds and saw a spark. One of the pads has a burned spot and is now leaking. The other was fine.
