    Quality not the same

    I have purchased your whole berry cranberry Sauce since the 1960’s. This last time (new label) the quality did not measure up. It was stringy. Almost like you added some kind of filler that was grasslike. So disappointed. By the way, why change your label? The majority of people do not like that kind of change. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

    Can of Water

    A case of bad batch. A disappointment!

    Labeled upside down. Add to that my stupidity for trying to open the can from the bottom (because it was viewed as the top due to the incorrect labeling ). Figured out the error but it was a pain in the shorts.

    Contaminated?

    Our Thanksgiving dinner was somewhat ruined this week. Normally we all really love the jellied cranberry sauce but I am sure the sauce had gone bad. Everyone who tried it immediately stopped eating it. It had a chemical taste, and upon closer inspection I think we discovered mold. There wasn't any sign of anything wrong with the can itself but the product had something wrong with it. It really affected everyone and I'm not sure I can buy it again. I have a picture of the contaminated sauce, and the can information if you need it.
