    Ripped off

    The product has changed within the past 6 months. Hormel is now adding nearly 20% of water to its cans. Resulting in 20% less product for consumption. You now need to allow the water to cook off approximately 5min. To allow crisping to begin. The final cooked hash is substantially less. The price has stayed the same.

    I will not buy this again

    The smell is horrendous. and taste is just as bad as the smell. We noticed that the flavor and smell change about a year ago but was milder. Today we decided we aren't going to buy this again. It's just too nasty to even cook and eat. We ended up giving it to the dog.

    I would buy this product again.

    This is a product that is easy to make, perfect for a busy morning that you still want a sit down meal. Our family enjoyed it, we made some burritos. After it was nice and crispy, fried some eggs, and on a warm flour tortilla added the hash, cheese and eggs, hot sauce if you want it spicy. I am a HORMEL food's employee

    This product has great flavor. We like to eat these products with scrambled eggs as a brunch on the weekends. Southwest Style is my favorite. I am a Hormel Foods employee, so have had the opportunity to try many different flavors.

    Best canned CBH. A Staple in my pantry

    Sure, it's canned hash, but it tastes great. I like it best for breakfast when camping. I eat it in moderation for sure and as I get older, a much smaller portion.

    Wet, greasy garbage product now

    I used to eat this about once a month. This last pack of cans I bought is dizgusting, wet, and greasy. I couldn't get it to brown in my well-seasoned Lodge cast iron pan that I always used to cook this in.

    Something's Very Wrong

    What a tragedy that this once-great product no longer looks, tastes, or smells like it used to. It's really wet, wont crisp up, and sticks to the pan. Please change the recipe back.
