Great real milk for lactose intolerance.
I have been drinking Lactaid milk for years. This is the best alternative for lactose intolerant individuals. Best thing is that it is still real milk! It tastes just like regular milk. Same taste, smell and thickness. You won’t even notice the difference. Great for drinking and cereal, of course!

It’s so smooth it doesn’t have a funky smell that a lot of milks have. Usually depends on size and location of store it is a pricey milk but very easy to consume for people who are lactose intolerant. My sister can’t consume milk when baking and this is such a good substitute.

Lactose Sensitive / Intolerant BFF
Dare I say that I reach for this more than regular milk. I love that this provides the same nutritional benefits as real milk but without the discomfort. It has a good shelf life and a very subtle smell (but not bad). I find that it goes well with everything and doesn’t alter the taste of my food and drinks! Thank you for making a product that makes the lactose intolerant feel like everyone else :)

I love this product so much! I am lactose intolerant and it has allowed me to enjoy milk again. I use it in cooking and just drink it with cookies or dessert. It tastes so wonderful, I don’t miss milk at all. Very similar consistency and taste to regular milk. Can’t say enough about how much I love lactaid!

Full flavor without the watery taste
With 3 that are lactose intolerant, Lactaid is our go to. Fat-free or whole, the taste is always on point; not the diluted watery taste that you often get. My only issue is the plastic 3/4 gallon jug always has an “off” type smell….so we just stick to the paper cartons.

You feel good drinking a gass of milk without fear
It is excellent for people like me who are lactose intolerant, light texture and good flavor. Fresh temperature in the fridge, it has no leaks, it comes with a lid that seals it very well, it is one of the few milks I can consume and it does not give me stomach upset and it is delicious. I use it in many recipes

Macro Friendly for Deficit

Easiest recommendation for people who wants to have the nutrition side of dairy product while not having to worry about the amount of fat taken inside the body. Taste lighter and blander than the whole milk version but that is the trade off. Packaging is very iconic and sturdy so you can store them easier in fridges

Blue container and milk has a blue tint
I have bought my last gallon of this milk. After about 2 weeks in the refrigerator when I take the top off the top of the container is blue and the milk does not smell good. When I poured it out the milk had a blue tint to it. This has happened the last few times I have bought it . The expiration date on the container is still a month away. I will not buy it anymore!

Lactaid fat free milk this milk is fantastic tastes better than regular milk for sure! and no worries of stomach issues. Can’t tell the difference from taste of regular milk and the shelf life is way longer.
