Description
Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day liquid dish soaps are specifically made to make grease disappear, while also providing a special, singular scent for your home. Lemon Verbena dishwashing liquid has a light, refreshingly mild citrus scent. This tender herb blossoms in early summer and smells bright and new through and through. Our biodegradable formula dish liquid cuts through grease and is designed for hand washing dishes, pots, and pans. The liquid dish detergent contains plant-derived cleaning agents and other thoughtfully chosen ingredients that make dishes clean and bright. It's a Dish Soap made without parabens, phthalates, or animal-derived ingredients. And of course, this is a cruelty-free formula product. Packaging contains recycled content. Bottle (less cap) is made with at least 30% post-consumer plastic. Also available in other garden-inspired scents and products such as Hand Soap and Multi-Surface Cleaner. It smells absolutely awful. I have several different lemon verbena dish soaps that smell fantastic. The Meyers has a horrible smell which is nothing like lemon verbena. The foil seal was Half removed and leaking it all over the bag.

My go-to dish soap. I learned the hard way that a little goes a long way. Definitely only need to use a drop, otherwise your dishes will taste like soap, but it means the soap lasts longer than others so it feels like a good value.

When I read reviews mentioning this soap doesn't rinse off and smells weird I thought the reviewers must be a bit strange. Well, they are right: I used this dish soap on a cloth and was not wearing gloves. After rinsing my hands with water once, then again, and then again... I resorted to using a different dish soap to get this stuff off. Can't speak to how well it cleans, but if it sticks to hands like that I'm not sure how well it would rinse off dishes.

The soap is concentrated so you don't need much. It cleans well but honestly I can't wait to finish the bottle because I can't stand the scent. I would prefer a straight up lemon and not as string!
